A hot, quick-tempered nature, a lively mind, sharp wits. Impatience with trifles, no taste for lengthy explanations, the knack of grasping the main point at once, impetuosity. You act before you look (an utterly unconsidered move). You refuse to repent of the results of your haste or to complain about them. Your blood runs hot, your head runs hot, and you are decidedly sensual. Your temperament is explosive. Your living warmth and ardour draw people to you. As a rule you are lucky, but when luck fails, misfortunes come one after another.Sagittarius is changeable fire, summer lightning, a bolt from the sky. You flare up unexpectedly, but you cool and vanish just as fast. In keeping with your element you should choose friends and lovers from "fire" or "air" - air is needed for burning. Fire is not compatible with water. Either the water evaporates or it puts the fire out. Fire can get along with earth, but there is always the danger that earth will smother the fire and fire will scorch the earth.Your strengths: you make decisions well, you are dynamic, talkative, brisk and optimistic, brave, energetic, active and attractive. But there are drawbacks too: you are impatient, fond of giving orders, superficial, self-assured, stubborn, often angry and contrary, at times indifferent, hot-headed and fond of flirting.Home conditions: you should live in cool, spacious places with an open fireplace where the fire crackles. You should work in a cool room as well, or in the open air. A cramped space with too little air smothers the fire. The symbol of this element is the salamander, which lives in fire (the spirit of fire that brings you luck).
