Spiritually an exit can suggest that we must consider leaving a situation that is not giving us the sanctuary we need. This may mean that we must consider our concept of death. This does not suggest death itself, merely the concept. An exit is a way out, so for this to be highlighted suggests that we need to be aware of the ability to bring an end to an emotional problem. If an exit is barred, there is little that we can do except find another way out. If in dreams we seem to have a choice of exits then we have a number of possibilities that will move us into a different space.
