Pisces do not like collisions with reality, preferring to live and create in an invented world: on the stage, in show business or in virtual space. Their qualities as leaders show themselves where there are mysteries and the mystical. To carry out their plans they find people with similar interests. Most Pisces are given to going with the flow. However, if they make even a small effort to turn the fairy tale into reality, success awaits them, since both rulers of the sign, Neptune and Jupiter, hand out their gifts to their charges generously. To an outside observer the work of Pisces in charge seems inconsistent and chaotic. Nevertheless, having taken a decision they are sincerely convinced that the chosen path is right, and of this they easily convince their subordinates. This sign has a very good feel for the inner logic of a particular moment and is ready to adjust to it regardless of what others think. The financial position of Pisces is often unstable, for they are not very calculating. If their work is directly connected with trade, finance or politics, they need to work in tandem with someone able to analyse a situation soberly and bring them down to earth. Pisces as subordinates seem sluggish and sleepy and make a mass of mistakes if the work does not warm their soul.
