A person or an animal blinking his eyes points towards a situation in which you will be required to use great tact.
To dream that you are blinking, indicates that there is something you fear in seeing. You are refusing to see the obvious.
Blinking one's eyes can represent:
Hesitate or pause
Temporary attempt to close out one's surroundings
A brief moment, or the idea of something happening quickly
A fresh start, wiping off, or cleaning out, as a blink clears and restores the surface of the eye
The blinking light - the invitation; seducing; prevention.
