Words, phrases, offers used in dreams, poetic, literary creativity often are related to actually told by specific people, sometimes they are metaphors of these persons. Behind a figure which said them in a dream, there can be another which said them in everyday life. Also behind the hero of the poetic or literary work there can be a specific person from the individual’s environment.
Spiritually the Word is the Logos, the Sacred Sound, the beginning of creation. In dreams we can appreciate words of power, such as Mantra and the Names of God. Certain words have esoteric meanings, such as the Hebrew word JHVH ( Jehovah). Such words are more likely to appear initially in the dream state than in ordinary everyday life at a particular stage of development. We are more open to such information while we are asleep. The repetition of words creates a particular vibration. When in dreams we are conscious of a word being repeated, we must decide whether it is the sound or the meaning that is significant.
